Join us for a relaxing evening to find that deep peace that the Winter offers. Cocooned in the calm surroundings of St John’s Place, you will lie down under the sound waves and find deep relaxation!

Come and join us for our candlelit relaxing soundbath session where you can enjoy being in the beautifully converted St John’s Place. Experience being in this calming space listening to the sounds and feeling the vibrations of our singing bowls. Soundbaths are a great way to switch off, calm the mind and feel relaxed, people often say to me they sleep well afterwards as well.

Sound Baths often help people to:

All you have to do is relax and lie down wrapped up and cosy whilst immersed in the calming meditative waves of sound (hence the bath) and absorb the relaxing vibrations of the singing bowls. Then, focus on your breathing, relaxing and feeling the vibrations in this beautiful candlelit space.

What? This session is often done lying on the floor but it is possible to be on a chair. The venue has underfloor heating so should be warm and cosy but we do recommend you bring blankets and warm clothing as people often get cold when relaxing and lying still. If you require cushions, blankets etc please bring these with you.
