As the festive season draws to a close and the new year begins, it’s the perfect time to take a moment for yourself and recharge. Join us for a transformative Winter Wellness Retreat on January 11th and 12th, 2025.
What’s the plan we hear you ask! This retreat offers a unique opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on your well-being.

Winter Wellness Retreat
11th & 12th January 2025

Kirsty and I invite you to join us for a Winter Wellness Retreat to pause, reflect and re-energise. It’s your opportunity to step away from your usual schedule, to unplug, be fully present and create a space to be both seen and heard (by yourself and others).

This retreat will allow you to take a (often well needed) pause at the start of the new year, to reflect and reset, taking time out for you to feel calmer, relax, enjoy mindful movement and focus on what really matters to you.

It’s also really important to us that you leave the retreat feeling equipped with tools that you can use to help you feel calmer, manage stress, and feel more resilient when juggling the demands of everyday life.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Relax and Unwind: Immerse yourself in a serene environment and practice mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Recharge Your Mind and Body: Engage in gentle exercise to rejuvenate your body and mind.
  • Connect with Yourself: Explore your creativity through journaling and vision boarding.
  • Connect with Others: Share experiences, laugh, and support one another in a welcoming and nurturing environment.

What To Expect

Some people have been asking exactly what will happen during the retreat! We understand that having a clear outline can help those that might feel a bit anxious in a new situation. So here it is:

Saturday 11th – at our venue in Christchurch, Dorset (10am to 5.30pm):

  • Mindset Workshop 1 – Are you constantly dancing to someone else’s tune?
  • Mindset Workshop 2 – Compete and Compare
  • Creative Workshop 1 – Making journalling work for you
  • Creative Workshop 2 – Creating a Vision Board
  • Mindful Movement – Pilates Flow and Stretch
  • Sound and Meditation – Simple guided meditations (recordings for you to take away) followed by a candlelit relaxing soundbath

Tea, coffee & tasty treats will be provided! Please don’t forget to bring your own nut-free lunch (sorry, allergen issue, please let us know of any other allergens we need to be mindful of). There are also plenty of eateries only a 5 minute walk away from the venue, on Christchurch High Street.

Sunday 12th – in Christchurch, Dorset (10am to 1pm):

  • Coastal walk and reflection in nature
  • Option to spend the afternoon exploring the local area before you head home
