Suitable for all!

This a session suitable to anyone feeling stressed, anxious, worried or tired. You don’t need experience of meditation or soundbath.

So if you are looking to feel calmer, more relaxed, quieten the mind and sleep better, I highly recommend giving a soundbath a go, this session is even better as you get to enjoy the sounds and vibrations whilst being around the trees, flowers and listening to nature.

Frequently Asked Questions: Outdoor Relaxing Soundbaths

Q: What actually happens during a soundbath?
A soundbath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie down and listen to soothing sounds from instruments like crystal or Tibetan metal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. You don’t have to do anything — just rest, listen, and let the sounds gently wash over you.

Q: Do I need to have meditated before?
Not at all. Many people who come to our soundbaths have never tried meditation before. This is a lovely, effortless way to begin — no techniques to learn, no pressure to “clear your mind”. Just time for yourself, with no expectations.

Q: What should I bring?
Bring whatever helps you feel cosy and comfortable lying down — a yoga mat or sun lounger, a blanket, maybe a pillow, and something to cover your eyes if you like. Layers are great, as it can cool down even on warmer days. We’ll send a reminder list before the session.

Q: What if I fall asleep?
That’s totally normal — and a good sign your nervous system is unwinding. Many people drift in and out of sleep. You’ll still receive the full benefits, whether you’re deeply relaxed or dozing off.

Q: I’m going through a lot emotionally right now. Is a soundbath right for me?
Yes. Sound can be incredibly soothing during times of stress, grief, or emotional overload. The space is gentle, non-judgemental, and completely private — you’re welcome just as you are.

Q: What if I feel a bit awkward or unsure?
That’s so common, especially when you’re doing something new. Everyone is focused on their own experience, lying down with eyes closed. You won’t be put on the spot — and most people say they quickly feel at ease once it begins.

Q: How do I book in?
You can check the upcoming dates and book directly through our website click here

Q: Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Many come with a friend, sister, or daughter — or they come alone and still feel warmly welcomed. Either way, you’ll be in a friendly, supportive group.

Q: What if the weather is bad?
We always keep an eye on the forecast in the lead-up to your session. If it’s raining heavily, we’ll cancel and let you know as early as we can. That said, we do suggest coming prepared for British weather — think layers, a waterproof mat or rug, and maybe even an umbrella! In the past, when there’s been just a light drizzle, we’ve moved under the trees — and it’s actually been quite magical. People loved the peaceful sound of the rain blending with the bowls.
