In the UK, when comparing the years 2019 and 2020 to 2014 to 2015 (taken from the Labour Force Survey). Workers suffering from work related stress, depression, anxiety, new or long standing in 2019/2020 was reported to be 828,000 compared to 440,000 for 2014/15, which is a significant increase.

Working days lost due to work related stress, depression and anxiety in 2019/20 were 17.9 million compared to 9.9 million in 2014/15.

Stress, depression and anxiety accounted for 51% in 2019/2020 and 35% in 2014/15 of all work related illnesses and cases of poor health. These figures are reported to be unrelated to Covid-19, so it will be interesting to see the next survey.
