I recently had my first season of sound therapy and as it was my first time I was unsure what to expect but Gemma made me feel at ease, explaining everything and helping me choose my sound bowl. I found it a very relaxing experience, one I am sure I will repeat. Thank you.
I’ve been sleeping really well the last couple of nights. The Soundtherapy treatment was lovely. Both energising and relaxing at the same time! Will be in touch for another session
