We collect information about you when you register with us via website, calling and booking an appointment, making an enquiry for products or services, visiting the clinic, and completing a medical form.
We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.
We store this information on our diary system (previously writeupp currently 10to8), cloud devices, services such as mailchimp and Client Central. We also hold paper medical records in a locked filing cabinet with restricted key access.
For secure payments we use Gocardless and worldpay.

We take an email address and phone number when booking an appointment for appointment reminders of which 4 are automatically sent, unless more are specifically requested.
Salisbury Meditation and Sound Therapy will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the Salisbury Meditation and Sound Therapy company.
