This workshop is perfect for anyone who is feeling:

- they find it difficult to relax and may have tried meditation but found it was difficult to switch and stop the mind running at 100 miles an hour,

- switch off (especially if you find relaxing difficult),
- relax and take time out for you,
- feel calmer,
- feel less stressed, anxious or worried
- Gain tools to help you whenever you feel stressed, anxious or worried,
- Create a tool box using aromatherapy to support you when you need it at home,

Create Your Own Calming Aromatherapy Blend
You’ll make a personalised aromatherapy rollerball blend to take home. Designed to support calm and steadiness.
Something you can use:
• Before bed
• During a busy day
• When you feel anxious
• When you simply need a moment to breathe
A small, practical reminder to pause.
Tea and biscuits will be provided
Relaxing Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Try some simple but effective calming meditations to help you:
•Slow down
•Feel grounded
•Release mental tension
•Experience what true relaxation feels like
No experience needed.
You don’t need to “clear your mind.”
You simply need to show up.
Feel like you can use the combination of aromatherapy and meditation straightaway and have the tools to use when you next feel stressed, anxious or worried.

Gemma is the founder of Salisbury Meditation & Sound Therapy and brings a calm, grounded, and deeply supportive presence to every session.
She specialises in helping people feel calmer and more relaxed, gently and without judgement — and offers tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

Shelley Baker
Clinical Aromatherapist & Wellbeing Guide
Shelley is a highly experienced clinical aromatherapist with over 25 years of helping busy people re-balance their lives, feel more relaxed and rediscover calm through the power of essential oils.
With a background in science, Shelley blends modern research with deep plant wisdom to make aromatherapy accessible, effective and personally meaningful. She believes that creating moments of calm is not indulgent — it’s essential to living well.
In this workshop, Shelley will guide you to:
- Understand how scent influences mood and nervous system
• Create a personalised aromatherapy blend to support calm and relaxation
• Use essential oils effectively as part of your daily wellbeing routine
