Day 1 – Winter Calm & Renewal (Indoor Retreat, 9:45am–5:30pm)
A cosy day of mindful movement, reflection, creativity, and deep rest in the beautiful St John’s Place, Salisbury.
Highlights of day 1 include:
* Gentle Pilates & flowing movement to release muscle tension and stress from the body (no bendiness or previous experience needed).
* Mindset workshop sharing giving yourself permission, quieting and working with your inner critic, and letting go of what no longer serves you to start the new year afresh.
* We are very lucky to have Clinical Aromatherapist Shelley Baker joining us and sharing a beautiful smelling and calming Aromatherapy session.
* Fun creative vision board session where you don’t need to be arty but enjoy a playful and mindful way to set intentions for the year.
* Learn to use your voice to feel calmer, more confident and connected.
* Guidance on your meditation practice – meditation skills made simple. Sharing techniques you can actually use straight away to enhance your practice.
* Sit back and enjoy tea & cake break to relax and connect with others
* Lastly a deeply calming candlelit soundbath to close the day
Day 2 – Meditation in Nature & Beach Walk (Meet at 10am)
On our second morning together, we’ll spend time outdoors — moving mindfully, breathing deeply, and noticing the beauty around us.
We’ll walk along the beach at Studland a gentle pace, with moments of guided mindfulness and meditation in nature. You’ll have space for both quiet reflection and gentle conversation, allowing you to fully absorb the calm you’ve created.
This day is about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and feeling the grounding effect of being in nature — a wonderful way to begin the year.

We are so grateful to be given the opportunity to host our retreat at St John’s Place, Lower Rd, Bemerton, Salisbury SP2 9NP
- Please note there is limited parking so if you are coming with a friend if you car share that would help. We are sorry but we don’t accept any responsibility for cars or possessions.
- Please do not contact the venue regarding booking as they will not be able to assist you, please contact us directly.
- This session is often done lying on the floor but it is possible to be on a chair. If you struggle on the floor please get in touch as we have had people bring their garden loungers to make them comfortable.
- The venue has underfloor heating so should be warm and cosy but we do recommend you bring blankets and warm clothing as people often get cold when relaxing and lying still. If you require cushions, blankets etc please bring these with you.

- Cancellations – Cancellation policy: Up to 2 weeks prior to the event, 50% payment will be refunded. If less than 2 weeks, we are sorry but no refund will be given.
- Tickets not available for re-sale and non-transferable.

Weather Policy:
We aim to go ahead with the outdoor session wherever possible — even in light rain or changing conditions. If the weather is extreme, we may adjust the location or session for safety. Please bring clothing and footwear suitable for the British weather.

Beautiful morning with the lovely Gemma @salisburymeditation. A mini retreat of flowing movement, a guided meditation with voice ( my favourite part, feeling the vibration of your own humming rippling through your body ) Refreshment break & a wonderful Sound Bath to finish. 2 1/2 hours of calm, rejuvenation, relaxation & such peace. Loved it.

Thank you for a lovely session. It was my first time and I found it wonderfully calming and relaxing. Also a great feeling of rebalancing. You ran the whole morning seamlessly and I very much enjoyed the experience.
Thank you for today – as usual, I enjoyed the soundbath but also found the humming bee exercise interesting and beneficial. Hopefully it can be integrated into future events.
Having settled myself comfortably in the dimly lit room, I lay, with eyes closed and listened to the different sounds and felt the vibrations from the singing bowls. It was a really interesting and relaxing experienced.
I had time out from my scattered thoughts and felt quite chilled after each session, with an awareness of a sense of calm that was really pleasant. I am looking forward to my next session.
It was amazing to spend time with such lovely people. To have been inspired and uplifted whilst gaining relaxation and the tools to challenge my current normal and make it what I want it to be.
