Mindfulness Meditation Private Sessions

At Salisbury Meditation and Sound Therapy we offer private meditation sessions for those who would like to explore meditation, but either feel too anxious to try it in a group. You may also be aware that you learn better in a 1-2-1 situation or have physical or mental health reasons where a private session would be better for you. As this session is private, we can tailor the session to your personal needs and what you would like to be able to achieve through meditation.

Sound Therapy

Within Sound Therapy services, we offer Sound Bath group or private sessions and Sound Massage.

Immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls. By striking the bowls, we create the most amazing range of sounds and vibrations. Each bowl has a different tonal resonance (sound) and vibrational pulsing sensations to feel. The beautiful sounds and sensation helps you to deeply relax and feel a sense of inner calm, because the vibration helps to reduce tension both physically and mentally.
