As summer begins to shift and the first signs of autumn appear, many of us start to feel the tug for slower mornings, gentle reflection, and space to breathe.
Thatโs exactly what we shared at our most recent outdoor retreat โ a beautiful morning of rest, calm, and connection. One client described it as:
โThe most peaceful few hours Iโve had in months โ I left feeling like myself again.โ

If youโre feeling emotionally tired, stretched thin, or simply in need of time forย you,
Iโd love to invite you to our next retreat:
Indoor Autumn Retreat
Sunday 12th October, 9:30amโ1:30pm
Held in a cosy, calming indoor space, this retreat is a chance to pause and reset before the busyness of autumn and winter arrives.
Weโll begin the morning with guided meditation and quiet breathwork, followed by deeply soothing sound bath sessions, and time to rest with tea and homemade treats.
Itโs gentle, welcoming and suitable even if youโre new to meditation or sound baths.

Spaces are limited for a calm and spacious feel.
