Indoor Autumn Retreat
Sunday 12th October, 9:30amโ€“1:30pm

We have added an extra hour as people donโ€™t seem to want to leave!

Held in a cosy, calming indoor space, this retreat is a chance to pause and reset before the busyness of autumn and winter arrives.

Weโ€™ll begin the morning with guided meditation and quiet breathwork, followed by deeply soothing sound bath sessions, and time to rest with tea and homemade treats.

Itโ€™s gentle, welcoming and suitable even if youโ€™re new to meditation or sound baths.
