Indoor Autumn Retreat
Sunday 12th October, 9:30am–1:30pm

We have added an extra hour as people don’t seem to want to leave!

Held in a cosy, calming indoor space, this retreat is a chance to pause and reset before the busyness of autumn and winter arrives.

We’ll begin the morning with guided meditation and quiet breathwork, followed by deeply soothing sound bath sessions, and time to rest with tea and homemade treats.

It’s gentle, welcoming and suitable even if you’re new to meditation or sound baths.
